Podcast roles and permissions

Team roles overview

You can invite people to help manage your podcast. Choose the lowest role that gives them what they need.

• Contributor: 
  Upload and edit episodes; manage host reads; (where enabled) ad approvals.

• Producer (no revenue access): 
  Everything Contributors can do, plus: edit podcast settings, manage distribution and third-party integrations, manage RSS imports, and create playlists.

• Admin (includes revenue): 
  Everything Producers can do, plus: control ad settings, view revenue reporting (including Ad Schedule amounts), view payout and bank details, view billing, and manage team access (invite, remove, and change roles).

• Owner:
  Full admin access. Only the Owner can transfer ownership, manage billing and subscription, edit bank details, set up podcast redirects, or delete the podcast.

  Tips
 - To invite someone or change a role, go to Dashboard → Contributors. Pending invites appear on that page until accepted.
 - If your podcast is part of a parent podcast, some access may be inherited and managed on the parent.
 - You can transfer ownership to any existing contributor from the Contributors page.
