Files too large for upload
If you're working with uncompressed audio (eg .wav files) you may find your files are too large to upload. You can convert to a compressed format like FLAC or a high-quality MP3 to fix this. For example in Audacity, see the File -> Export Audio option.
Loudness Normalization
To ensure consistency, we'll automatically normalize your audio to -16 LUFS and -1dB true peak, in line with Apple Podcasts' recommendations.
